• Buck A Book 2008 update: Children from 16 schools in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties read books and raised money to help adults in their communities. The students and staff of The Literacy Council thank the students, teachers and schools for their participation.
• Special thanks to The Lititz Rotary Club for sponsoring The Literacy Council at its third annual Golf Tournament that was  held on May 16, 2008. It was a beautiful day and everyone had a great time.
